Depending on the dive schedule, you’ll either enjoy a full breakfast first thing in the morning or a light continental breakfast before your dive, followed by a hearty breakfast afterward.

Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, while dinner is a fine plated experience with orders taken in the morning. Snacks are available throughout the day, including chips, crackers, and cookies at the bar.

Local and Sustainable Foods

We proudly source 53% of our food from the Galapagos, with nearly 50% being organic. Our fruits and vegetables primarily come from San Cristobal, while meats and dairy are sourced from Santa Cruz Island.

Dress Attire

Enjoy your meals in casual, comfortable attire. Shoes are welcome on board. Please note that the dining room and main salon are kept at a cool temperature.

Beverages & Open Bar

Your cruise rate includes a wide selection of beverages: wine, beer, liquor, spirits, coffee, tea, water, juice, and sodas. Enjoy our full bar, with premium wines and liquors available for purchase. Please note that your first drink of the day marks the end of your diving for that day. A tab for premium drinks will be kept and settled on the final day of the cruise.

We offer filtered water to refill reusable bottles and encourage guests to bring their own to help reduce single-use plastics.
